- You must pay a commercial charge to use my artwork on merchandise. (This will vary; currently no commercial merchandise use available)- I reserve the right to put my work on my social media, but if there is a reason why you don't want me to, please let me know!- Do not copy or claim my art as your own.- You cannot change the art without my permission.- Anything made by emibbuns (me) can NOT be used in Artificial Intelligence (A.I) generating sites or ANY block-chain related Technology, including any form of NFTS, cryptocurrency or future inventions in the space.- I am always improving, therefore my style may occasionally vary.Crediting- You may use the artwork I've created for you wherever you like (Twitter, Discord, Twitch, etc.), as long as you give me clear credit.- This entails including both a reference to me (ex. "pfp by @emibbuns") and a proper link/mention to my Twitter profile in a visible place.Price PoliciesAR = Art Related- Commercial prices and use are currently not avaliable.- Any commission that makes me feel uneasy or goes against my personal boundaries is subject to my right to decline your commission. No NSFW commissions will be accepted by me.- Please don't try to negotiate my prices or pressure me to finish your commission quickly. If you do I will mark your commission as a rush order and will charge you the rush order fee. - Insisting a commission while my commissions are not open will be considered a rush order.- (AR) Revisions after the sketch will cost an extra $5 unless the error is my fault.- (AR) Revision Example: New pose, Different features/expressions on the character, etc.)- You must provide references; I will charge +25% more if you provide a text description.- (AR) You may choose a pose(s); if not, I will choose one for you.- The complexity of the design may lead to increased prices.Payment Process- All prices available here are in USD. All payments will be made through PayPal or VGen in USD.- When using PayPal or VGen, payment is varied. When payment choice is made the following steps will apply:- Paypal: I charge 100% of the price upfront. I will NOT start your commission unless payment has been provided and I have confirmed with you that I have received said payment. (Service fees are NOT included in the price - prices may fluctuate or increase due to fees).- VGen: I charge 100% of the price upfront but have avaliable payment plans if you include that in your request. I will NOT start your commission unless some partial or full payment has been provided and I have confirmed with you that I have received said payment. For your review and approval, you will receive photos of the sketch, lineart, flat colour, and shaded progress pictures. For graphics you will recieve a similar progress timeline.
